We’ve added speech recognition to all large data entry fields (notes, for example). Click the Mic button and speak!
Found a candidate who isn’t on LinkedIn? Simply copy and paste a bio (or use our new dictate feature to create one) and Talentis will use AI to convert it to a structured record. Magic! Check out this video:
Our Chrome and Edge browser extensions now both support tagging and adding to Campaigns.
We’ve replaced our contact data provider – the new vendor is providing far higher quality results (this relates to phone numbers and email addresses). If you aren’t currently using this functionality, speak to your account manager.
We now support data migrations from a wide variety of platforms. Fed up of using LinkedIn, a CRM and Talentis and switching between them? Use Talentis for everything. Again, contact your account manager to learn more.
Talentis now has cutting edge search facilities to search across publicly available data. What it doesn’t have is the ability to search across your own “CRM” type data. We’ve been working on that over the summer and progress is good. You’ll be able to undertake extremely sophisticated searches and our search results screen are far more… helpful… than the traditional “list views” provided by most CRM platforms. This functionality will arrive in stages over the coming weeks… As always, feedback is welcomed!
