Here’s what’s new:
Our Word Reports now have a “Rewrite bio” feature built in. Simply select a language and an approximate word count, and we’ll use AI to rewrite the candidate’s biography. Use this in conjunction with our existing “sync to Talentis” feature to save the changes back into your core platform.
We now support off limits at the person and the company level. Setting a company as “off limits” will make all employees off limits; this can, however, be overridden on a candidate-by-candidate basis.
You’ll recall these are typically created automatically when you add a candidate to an assignment. You can now assign ownership to a company, and we are surfacing most recent contact data on the known people pages. You can also now edit and add Company information via the details page.
Lots. But the headline is “resume parsing”. In the next month or so, we expect to deliver the ability to parse a resume (or online profile) into a detailed Talentis record. We are also doing a very interesting proof of concept to take this concept one step further – what if a user could parse unstructured data (such as an executive bio on a corporate website…?). We’ll let you know how this plays out – but if there are any sites that you regularly use for candidate research, let us know!
