Welcome to the June-July edition of the Talentis newsletter!
Read on to learn what we have added to the platform in recent weeks and to discover what is coming down the tracks. But first…
As you may already know, Talentis is a product of Ikiru People, which is itself part of Dillistone Group plc – a publicly traded software business. DSG provided an investor update this month revealing that – since launch in early 2021, our Talentis customer revenue had doubled every three months.
We suspect that this makes Talentis the fastest-growing product in our sector – so thank you for playing your part!
Lots of additions to the platform since the last newsletter! Much of it behind the scenes, but the more obvious changes include:
Search screen changes:
Assignment screen redesign:
Change to Lookup screens:
Our clients are busy! We have had feedback that users are running a lot of projects on Talentis! We’ve added pagination to our look-up screens and have grouped projects by status to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
Changes to our data pool:
This is huge. We have dramatically increased the speed and scale at which we refresh our talent pool. As part of this, any time that any of our users, anywhere does a search, Talentis initiates a data refresh in the data pool. This covers every visible candidate result. Generally, this will lead to a data update within 5 minutes; it can take a couple of days.
Campaign Management:
This is major, and it is imminent – it may even arrive before this newsletter does – but will certainly be live in the next day or two. Campaigns are like assignments – but for other types of lists – including business development or for managing talent pipelines. You will note that – as with assignments – you can see your relationship with the person from within his or her record, and even from the search screen itself.
Task Management:
This is likely to arrive in mid-July. Talentis already supports task management at a project level – but we are adding a new Task Management dashboard to your homepage. You will be able to see everything you – and your team – are working on, and be able to filter by myriad criteria, manage the list through popups and so on.
UX improvements:
We are constantly working on fine tuning the user interface and the user experience. Current projects include changes to the assignment and search screens to make better use of available space.
Company information:
The big one! We continue to work hard on tracking company information. This will materialize over the summer – more news to come.
And data…
A huge restructuring of our data pool to allow for the addition of new search filters. This is a big project (a huge project!), but we expect to see the results in September / October. We will share more over the summer…
