VP of Sales

Position Summary: VP of Sales
Ensure Hana is meeting sales and business development goals that contribute to the overall success of company growth. Manage many key activities to enhance Hana’s already-strong presence in RFID and other microelectronic products while fostering business relationships with key customers instrumental in Hana’s growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 10 years combined sales, marketing & business development experience
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Prior RFID and/or microelectronic manufacturing experience preferred
Essential Job Functions:
  • Oversee Hana’s products, projects, & activities to ensure completion within scheduled period of time & budget
  • Provide effective management to organization’s business activities related to strategic & financial growth
  • Create new strategies for marketing & monitoring QC/QA measures
  • Build effective relationship with customers to maintain & develop strong revenue increase
  • Perform efficient finance management
  • Perform review of equipment, system layouts, & validation
  • Responsible for training, mentoring, & motivating staff for effective performance & growth
  • Develop business unit strategies for promotional activities
  • Analyze & explore market trends; identifying new global opportunities
  • Coordinate with other teams to develop plans for launching & implementing new products
  • Develop & communicate internal expectations & vision of Hana growth relevant to Hana’s corporate vision & goals
  • Collaborate across all business units to integrate objectives for organizational growth
  • Provide monthly product & revenue forecasts to Hana leadership
  • Develop sales presentations, RFI/RFP responses, & growth strategies
  • Support Product Control & Customer Service with input on product strategies to position customer needs with voice of customer requirements
  • Attend & provide logistical support for tradeshows & industry meetings
  • Manage large scale projects that will encompass sales, marketing, finance, legal, intellectual property, budgeting, product/business planning & technical issues
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Capability to analyze emerging markets drawing on a broad set of sources to develop conclusions & recommendations for strategy & tactics preferred
  • Knowledge & skills to develop & evaluate business cases around RFID product offerings preferred
  • Experience & knowledge of engineering & applications preferred
  • Ability to travel globally as necessary
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and navigate all production areas as necessary
