Job Summary
This strategic role is responsible for leading the overall product strategy and development process, ensuring that our products align with customer needs, market trends, and business goals. The VP of Product will lead a high-performing product team, collaborate cross-functionally with key departments, and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company and MVNO customers goals. Lead the development of new product offerings and features that meet market demands and create a competitive edge.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team mindset across CCI. Provide guidance, coaching, and support across teams to ensure team members grow in their roles and meet personal and company-wide objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customers, and Account Management teams to ensure product development is aligned with market needs, business goals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Ensure product decisions are driven by customer feedback, insights, and market research. Oversee customer experience, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to continuously inform product strategy and innovation. Keep the organization informed about industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Prioritize and manage the product roadmap by balancing the needs of customers, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements that deliver the greatest impact.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales and our client MVNOs to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features. Ensure the product is positioned correctly in the market, and help to drive adoption and growth.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation. Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, tracking metrics such as user adoption, customer satisfaction, product revenue, and retention.
  • Innovation & Technology: Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and new product development methodologies. Advocate for innovation and ensure the product team is using best practices in design, development, and testing.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, or similar).
  • Product Expertise: Deep understanding of product management processes, from ideation through development and launch, with experience in various product categories (e.g., SaaS, consumer products, digital platforms).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing product team mindset across CCI. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of making data-driven decisions. Ability to see the big picture while staying focused on executing day-to-day priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with other departments (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to deliver successful products.
  • Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to understanding and solving customer problems with innovative products.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical concepts and the software development lifecycle. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and technical teams.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

  • Minimum Salary: $189,000
  • Maximum Salary: $288,750

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
