About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead its global recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing, inclusive talent acquisition organization that meets the dynamic and diverse workforce needs of the business. This role requires a strategic mindset, critical thinking, and a results-oriented approach to enable business outcomes. The VP will be expected to build collaborative partnerships with the executive team, business leaders, and key stakeholders, and to integrate talent acquisition best practices to ensure a world-class candidate experience. A key focus will be on modernizing people insights, evolving systems and processes, and driving data-driven talent decisions to support the company’s vision of modern finance.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading a global talent acquisition organization, with a strong emphasis on building high-performing teams and an inclusive culture. A background in corporate recruitment is essential, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering and influencing key stakeholders, strong business acumen, and a desire to create great experiences through technology. Experience in a global, dynamic, and publicly traded company is a plus. The role demands a leader who is adept at strategic planning, and data-driven execution, and who can effectively influence diverse stakeholders to support the company’s strategic objectives.
