About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Solution Engineering to play a pivotal role in the technical sales process, ensuring that AI-powered solutions are in perfect alignment with customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing Solution Engineering team, driving pre-sales activities, and scaling the business through the development of industry-specific use cases. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in technical sales, the ability to influence large enterprises, and a deep understanding of AI-powered SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of legal tech, AI, or SaaS environments. The VP of Solution Engineering will also be instrumental in cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering, and will be expected to engage in executive-level conversations to ensure that the company’s strategic objectives are in line with market and customer needs.
Applicants for the VP of Solution Engineering position at the company should have a legal background and at least 15 years’ of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical customer success. The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, with a focus on driving technical excellence, product adoption, and business value. Key responsibilities include owning technical sales activities, leading product demonstrations, and defining success criteria for Proof of Concepts.
