About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Global HR & Rewards to join their mission of creating a more inclusive and accessible financial ecosystem. The successful candidate will be a key player in fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing workplace, with a focus on global workforce management, compensation, talent development, and HR best practices in diverse markets. This role demands a strategic and operational leader who can align people strategies with business objectives, and who is adept at managing global HR functions. The VP will be responsible for leading the global HR team, partnering with market leaders to execute a comprehensive people strategy, and acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters.
Candidates for the VP of Global HR & Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years of HR leadership experience in a global, high-growth organization, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. The role requires expertise in HR best practices, policies, and employment laws across multiple countries, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, deep experience in compensation philosophy, talent management, and workforce planning, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.
