This highly visible communications leader will develop, implement, and manage strategic and tactical methods in support of the conduct of activities pertaining to all corporate communications to include corporate visibility strategies, media and public relations, public affairs, company and employer branding and internal messaging strategies and execution. Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesrnrn rnt Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement a communications strategy for HUYABIO that builds and maintains a positive corporate brandrnt Partner with the CEO to develop marketing and communications strategies for all media engagement, identifying and maximizing opportunities to enhance HUYABIO’s profile across print, digital, wired and broadcast mediarnt Develop and manage relationships with applicable industry/media representatives and proactively conduct outreach to drive coverage of HUYABIOrnt Understand and adhere to market trends and communication regulations across the global pharmaceutical landscapernt Oversee external firms, vendors and/or consultants for high quality deliverables, and manage the budget thereofrnt Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Investor Relations strategyrnt Lead the effort to broaden investor awareness and interest in HUYABIO through conferences, presentations, meetings, media presence, etc.rnt Develop and maintain relationships with Investors and sell-side analysts/contacts to ensure delivery of up-to-date information regarding events and market trends affecting the companyrnt Serve as primary contact and resource for fielding investor and shareholder inquiries and requests for informationrnt Collaborate cross-functionally with finance staff, General Counsel and executive leadership on SEC filing preparations, relevant news releases and publicationsrnt Oversight of the Investor Relations website section and all its contentrn rnrnrnrn
