Responsibilities

  • Oversees the development and maintenance of global RBI profit and loss (P&L) statement; drives the overall results for operations and G&A
  • Oversees finance activities of the company and its brands
  • Monitors, approves and analyzes Capital Expenses across all Business Units
  • Planning of capital investments and expense allocations across the Business Units over the world
  • Coordinates the financial forecasts of general and administrative expenses
  • Conduct market research to identify new companies to add to the list of prospective corporate development
  • Leads team in market research, diligencing investment opportunities, monitoring investments
  • Presenting deals to CEO and Chairmen
  • Network with industry and source potential deals
  • Lead transaction negotiations with potential deals

Essential Duties

  • Manages the expenses across all our business units
  • Analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
  • Creates and delivers financial information to support the preparation of reports to executive management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in business administration or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years previous experience; specific experience in Finance, Business Development, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to accounting and finance; knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); knowledge of real estate transactions; knowledge of asset management
  • Skilled in developing financial models; skilled in solving problems and making decisions; skilled in sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information; skilled in negotiating
