About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Channel Sales to lead the development and execution of the electrification installation products sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of the US business, which includes managing multiple regions and numerous channel partners. This role demands a leader who can create a culture of accountability, clear strategy, and financial discipline, with a strong focus on external needs. The Vice President, Channel Sales will be expected to coach and mentor channel and sales employees, foster collaborative relationships with the sales team and other business units, and ensure that retail and other channel partners are performing at or above plan. The position requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 15 years of experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry, and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Applicants for the Vice President, Channel Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years of related experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in sales leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a sales experience of a business exceeding $100M and a deep understanding of a full portfolio of products and services, particularly in the power distribution and installation products sector. The role demands a leader with the ability to develop and drive strategy, strong integrity, ethics, and a sense of accountability. The Vice President, Channel Sales will be expected to travel nationally and must be adept at managing resources to increase revenue and ensure market reach to key customers.
