Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier risk management process.
- Select and configure a TPRM IT system to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on risk performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, risk management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supplier risk management, procurement, or supply chain.
- Expertise in risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience selecting and implementing TPRM technology platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and supplier risk frameworks.
