Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and high-energy Senior Sales Director for our Insurance vertical. With several existing clients in the insurance sector, we aim to accelerate growth in this area. In this role, you will expand our footprint within the insurance category, overseeing all aspects of growth, including sales, partnerships, marketing, and events. Successful candidates will excel at developing relationships, effectively communicating a compelling value proposition, managing pipelines, and securing commitments.
Responsibilities and Duties
Revenue Generation: You will own all new customer development activities and be responsible for achieving your sales quota.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute various sales strategies tailored to your prospects and the overall market.
Industry Insight: Continuously network and engage with prospects, including lead buyers, sellers, and service providers, to enhance your understanding of the landscape. Stay informed by following relevant industry trade publications.
Events & Trade Shows: Identify and attend key industry trade shows that align with our objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key industry contacts, maintaining strong connections with our customers. Provide recommendations to partners and potential customers.
Client Success: Collaborate closely with the client success team to ensure new customers are effectively onboarded and retained.
Company Representation: Act as an ambassador for our technology and the thought leadership we foster within the industry.
Qualifications And Skills
5-10 years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales within the insurance lead generation space.
Proven ability to grow a vertical from an existing customer base into a key market for the organization.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving enterprise sales quotas.
Experience managing an enterprise sales pipeline, along with forecasting and reporting capabilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions effectively.
A positive attitude and flexibility in daily tasks.
Initiative in seeking solutions to technical challenges and a strong desire for learning.
High standards of performance, with a commitment to building good relationships with team members.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
