We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager / Associate Director – IT Infrastructure with over 15 years of experience to lead our IT infrastructure team. This role demands a visionary leader who can design, manage, and enhance our IT infrastructure ecosystem, including cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, network devices (firewalls, switches), disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in infrastructure management and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee global IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, data centres, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Develop and manage policies for disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure infrastructure meets compliance and security standards.
• Regularly assess and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare and manage IT infrastructure budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of enterprise-level systems and platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
• Present infrastructure strategies and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and management of cloud-based solutions, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Evaluate and implement new cloud technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of network devices such as firewalls and switches.
• Design, implement, and test robust DR and BCP strategies to ensure minimal downtime during disruptions.
• Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans to enhance system resilience.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in managing hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proficient in networking, virtualization, storage systems, and data center operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects and global IT teams.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
