About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of National Sales to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing sales for new national accounts, as well as building and maintaining relationships with brands at both the client and agency levels. This role requires the ability to create and deliver creative marketing solutions that meet the needs of all parties, using a variety of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. The Senior Director will also be tasked with negotiating and closing large partnership contracts, and must have a strong understanding of the market landscape to create unique marketing plans for national brand partners.
Applicants for the Senior Director of National Sales position at the company should have a passion for high school athletics and activities, and be an experienced, high-level sales leader with a proven track record of revenue growth at a national level. Familiarity with the national market landscape and experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with national brands and sports and media agencies are essential. The role demands advanced negotiating skills, the ability to influence key decision-makers, and a commitment to team collaboration. A minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning and have the ability to execute plans that meet both short- and long-term business objectives.
