The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and conducting variance analysis across the company’s various sectors. A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a passion for the sports and entertainment industry are essential. The role also requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment and a commitment to maximizing the organization’s equity value.
Applicants for the Senior Director of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years’ progressive work experience in accounting and finance, with a preference for those with a background in sports, entertainment, or facility management. The role demands a strong understanding of accounting standards and practices, as well as a solid operations focus with diverse skills in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to lead and inspire a team. A BS in accounting or finance is required, and a CPA is preferred. Experience with NetSuite and Oracle EMP is a plus. The Senior Director of Finance will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the financial side of new business opportunities.
