Our dedication to quality, exceptional customer service, and unequivocal results allow us to provide the best outcomes to our clients.Job Summary: Open due to a promotion, the Senior Director of Dining Services is a dynamic, hands-on professional who will lead all aspects of retail (2 cafes & catering), patient dining services and culinary operations at a 250 bed (130 average daily census) hospital account in Baltimore. This role ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost effective management that both meets and exceeds stated expectations, quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all hospital-related activities while leading a tenured, impactful team of 10 Managers and 55 Associates. This position reports to the Regional Director. Annual bonus potential and generous paid time off included Key Responsibilities: Leads salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service DepartmentFinancials 20%, training staff 40%, administrative tasks 20%, meetings/calls 20%Leadership oversight for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the accountResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and delegating work; appraising performance; rewarding and focusing associates; addressing complaints and resolving problemsPrepares and manages annual budgetUses company systems for completion of required daily/weekly/monthly reports such as inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll/time-keeping, etcOversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for preparation, presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion controlOther duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A.
