A Snapshot

As the Senior Director, Marketing reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing & Corporate Communications, you will work closely with the rest of the ‘Marketing, Communications & Social Impact’ team and the broader leadership team, making your mark in a number of ways:

  • You will lead AirTrunk’s global marketing strategy and plan to meet business objectives
  • You will run seamless marketing operations globally and in local markets
  • You will lead AirTrunk’s brand strategy, brand management and customer experience
  • You will be an inspirational leader, forming strong business partnerships with other leaders and as a people leader.

Your Day to Day

  • Marketing strategy – Develop AirTrunk’s marketing communications strategy to meet business objectives including customer acquisition and experience. Oversee regional marketing plans, develop new market entry marketing plans and other marketing plans as needed.
  • Marketing program – Ensure the delivery of the marketing communications program including data centres launches, stakeholder engagement, brand campaigns, website, events, PR, videos, sales materials and more.
  • Brand strategy and management – Lead AirTrunk’s brand strategy and embed the brand internally and externally. Develop brand strategies, value propositions, campaigns and branded materials. Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints and ensure brand compliance.
  • Customer experience – Collaborate with customer champions across the journey to lead AirTrunk’s customer experience strategy. Measure and report on customer satisfaction and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
  • Analysis and reporting – Establish and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder engagement – Be the strategic advisor to the business for marketing and build strong business partnerships with leadership and SMEs to stay ahead of trends, plans and activities.
  • Marketing operations – Lead a consistent high standard of operations across the ‘Marketing, Communications and Social Impact’ team, manage annual budgets, programs, processes and governance etc.
  • People leadership – Lead and develop a high performing team of marketers who are connected to the business and always planning ahead.
  • Other – Lead or be involved in other strategic projects as required. Work with the social impact team to deliver community partnerships.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing leadership preferably in the technology, data centre, or commercial property industry and across Asia Pacific & Japan
  • You have relevant tertiary education
  • You have successfully delivered brand and customer experience programs, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • You have proven experience in developing marketing and brand strategies, creative problem solving as well as exceptional execution and delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
