Sales Head

Job Summary:*

The Sales Head will lead the sales department, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the travel and tourism sector. This role involves field work and B2B sales ,developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1).Generating B2B Leads

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

2. *Team Management:*

– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.

3. *Client Relationships:*

– Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.

– Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

4. *Sales Operations:*

– Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

– Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.

5. *Market Expansion:*

– Identify and pursue new markets and opportunities to drive growth.

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

6. *Budget Management:*

– Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

– Track and report on sales expenses and ROI.

*Qualifications:*

– *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; MBA preferred.

– *Experience:* Minimum [X] years of experience in sales management within the travel and tourism industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
