Job Description
Guident seeks a results-driven Sales Director to lead business development and drive sales for SAE Level 4 autonomous shuttle and teleoperation solutions. This role involves engaging public and commercial transportation clients in existing and emerging markets, fostering partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Build strategic client relationships and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Identify partner needs, propose new use cases, and expand service opportunities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on PR, social media, events, and industry fairs while staying informed on market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in business development and account management within the tech or startup space. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Connections within the industry.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage significant responsibilities.
  • Strong communicator adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Persistent, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a big-picture mindset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Fluency in English required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Bilingual preferred.
