Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Senior Payments Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Actively prospect and close new business deals to expand your personal portfolio while supporting your team’s sales efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Advanced Lead Mining Tools: Leverage our comprehensive sales and marketing intelligence platform to identify leads and target prospects effectively.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Sales Leaders in Payments: Professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payment processing/merchant services, demonstrating a proven track record of success and the ability to drive results.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Individuals who thrive in a start-up environment, are self-motivated, and have a passion for building something from the ground up.
  • Strategic and Tactical Leadership: Sales leaders who excel in both strategy development and hands-on sales, able to mentor a team while actively contributing to their personal sales portfolio.
