PET Radiochemistry Director

The University of Pittsburgh’s Department of Radiology is recruiting for a full-time, non-tenure faculty position (Assistant/Associate) to serve as PET Radiochemistry Director. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. As a leading academic institution with a strong commitment to research and innovation, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our PET radiochemistry program and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in molecular imaging.
The PET Radiochemistry Director will support ongoing and new research and investigational radiopharmaceutical production activities as part of the overall PET Center’s research portfolio.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide regulatory/compliance oversight and support for research and investigational radiopharmaceutical production activities within a USP regulatory environment;
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Previous experience with regulatory/compliance oversight and support for research and investigational radiopharmaceutical production activities within a USP regulatory environment
The successful applicant will be appointed in the Department of Radiology and would support research activities across the University of Pittsburgh PET Center research portfolio.
