What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and sustain a $10M+ sales pipeline by pinpointing and qualifying high-potential districts, engaging with decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through established sales stages.
- Create customized proposals and steer through procurement processes to win six and seven-figure contracts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to thoroughly understand district challenges and objectives, then design compelling solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.
- Manage all facets of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, taking full responsibility for territory strategy and results.
- Utilize your existing relationships and networks within public school districts to speed up adoption.

Champion the adoption of our groundbreaking learning solution in public school districts, securing long-term partnerships that help transform educational outcomes on a large scale.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing six or seven-figure deals.
- Strong existing network of district decision-maker relationships in Texas, California, or Illinois.
- Proven ability to navigate public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs.
- Track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in operating autonomously and driving the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and the sales technology stack.
- Must reside in or within 2 hours of Texas, California, or Illinois.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%).
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
