Regional Head of US
As Head of Sales US, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Moonfare’s reach among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices across the region. You will leverage your network, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while representing Moonfare externally and shaping our go-to-market strategy.
You will:
- Lead Moonfare’s expansion in the U.S. market, leveraging your network and proactively engaging in outbound business development
- Build, maintain and nurture relationships with family offices and high net worth individuals and act as a single point of contact once onboarding is complete to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy aligned with the U.S. market
- Gather and articulate market intelligence and investor feedback, ensuring Moonfare’s offer is aligned with investors’ demand
- Represent Moonfare at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand and attract new investors
- Develop the existing Moonfare client-facing team (Relationship Managers) and line-manage the next generation of Moonfare talent
The next Moonfarian:
- At least 7 years’ of sales experience in the U.S. financial services, private equity, or fintech industries
- Hold the following FINRA Registrations: the Series 7, 63, and 24
- Demonstrated success in converting leads, driving revenue, and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Entrepreneurial spirit: hands-on mentality, high integrity, and a commitment to excellence
- High integrity combined with a commitment to excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships both internally and externally
- Proven experience working in a target-driven and KPI-focused environment
