About Blissclub

Blissclub is a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, BlissClub has raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraises, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after BlissClub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Job Location: DHAKA, BANGLADESH ( Native/Local applicants will be preferred)

Role Responsibilities:

-Vendor Quality Management: Implement and sustain the Bliss club quality requirements, SOP’s and routines at the vendor to maintain high-quality standards for our products to meet customer satisfaction.

Should have knowledge of ISO standards and should have conducted the ISO audits. Conduct

vendor audits Factory quality systems to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

-Process Improvement: Create and implement process improvement guidelines for process

improvement/cost effectiveness and lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

-Product quality: Conduct regular control plan at different level of production incoming/online and final control including raw materials and finished products (inline and final inspection), to ensure adherence to quality specifications.

-Advanced Quality Methodologies: Apply advanced knowledge in Risk Management, Lean

Methodologies, 5-Why. Utilize advanced root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to

identify and address quality issues promptly.

-Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing vendors to enhance their understanding of brand awareness in terms of quality standards and processes.

Qualifications:

-Graduate degree in Textile and Quality management systems will be preferred

-Minimum 10 -15 years experience in a related field, must have experience in Quality Audits

-Experience in the similar position at the Vendor or a Buying Office / Agency will be preferred

-Good command over English

-Good command of Microsoft Applications.
