We need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the OCI Specialized Cloud Programs organization. This team is pivotal in delivering large-scale cross-organization projects that span engineering, product, and business teams. As a Principal Program Manager, you will align priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establish project governance standards, and drive the end-to-end execution of complex projects. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.
This high-visibility, high-impact role will help shape our future Cloud infrastructure business and enable growth. It requires high personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
You should possess a strong multidisciplinary background in operations, technology, and business. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders while driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong skills in executive communications, customer engagement, program management, and business analysis are essential.

Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Cloud
- Direct experience working with large-scale customers and internal teams, including at the executive level
- A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work independently, document, and propose solutions to complex business problems
- Ability to lead and coordinate other TPMs, design teams, and build engineers to execute work
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for delivery improvement programs, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
- Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.
- Provide program and project management expertise to complex global business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs
- Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals align with customer and business objectives

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 – $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
