Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant –Lead QA Engineer !

We are looking for a software quality assurance engineer to complement our high performing teams, who has Extensive proven track record on test automation tools and practices along with good knowledge of Data processing & modeling .

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Python scripting for Generative AI applications.
• Experience in JavaScript with Codecept JS/ Playwright automation tools.
• Experience in testing data validation scenarios and Data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes ( e.g.,ETL )
• Testing experience in API using Postman/Rest Assured.
• 10+ years of experience in testing and testing automation with prior experience of setting standards and influence others.
• Design and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements and priorities.
• Identify and document defects, issues, and risks related to Generative AI implementations.
• Work closely with developers and program managers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner .
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for efficient and effective testing.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in testing methodologies and processes for Generative AI implementations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers
• Good to have statistics knowledge
• Experience of DevOps process
• Experience of working in Agile setup
• Development background is helpful.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree ( Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics)

• relevant experience
• Experience in testing NLP, AI systems, models with deep understanding of GAI.

• Write clean, efficient, and modular code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify application performance and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate in the database design and management of those systems (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of Generative AI.

Preferred Qualifications/skills

• When there is no new design on the table, you are happy to work with your colleagues on various applications’ updates and improvements.

• You are ready to bring the market developments from the outside to put into practice in the team
• You possess good hands-on expertise in test management, test automation, test data management, and experience with finding the best-fit tools for the given challenges .
• You are a fast learner of new technology concepts, middleware and languages
• You keep an eye on latest developments about technology tools and stacks
