PMO Director

An organization is seeking a PMO Director

Major multi-year programme opportunity, working in a client facing PMO model, leading a large, direct and integrated, team.

This role will be responsible for delivering PMO services on this long-term client commission, supporting the development of our people, our clients organization and creating an important legacy.

Lead, adapt and deliver the strategy and business plan for the programme portfolio, ensuring consistency of policy, processes and procedures in line with group standards.

• You will be a recognised expert in PMO and project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).

You will need to have:
• Relevant degree qualification.

 

You will also have:
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skiwills across the fuwill range of multi-discipline services within the PMO environment
• Strong commercial acumen, along with ability to set both business and project strategies.
• Performance management to ensure a high performance culture is maintained.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
