Practice Development
-
Serve as a Process Lead, responsible for a multi-layer hierarchy of resources and accountable for operational/financial metrics of the business process; plays a key role in ensuring team members are well equipped to deliver the best service to their clients, through coaching, guidance, and mentoring.

Manages business operations and resources within a functional area of responsibility, including people management, sales enablement, operational metrics, and overall business results.

Develops strategy and plans to implement operational policies and achieve business objectives successfully.

Leads an initiative, committee, offering, or capability team and assists with developing content every 6 months.

Through project delivery responsibilities, uncovers opportunities to extend/expand Oracle’s footprint in the account.

Leads business development activities to generate bookings.

Leads internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to communicate the company’s strategic priorities.

Collaborates to develop offerings and capabilities every 6 months.
Industry
-
Representative of the business process across industries

Works with the Industry Architects to build community & engage resources.

Assists in growing the revenue stream for the industry by playing the role of Business Process Lead on industry-based sales pursuits.

Solicits feedback from clients, Sales, and Product Management about industry initiatives.
Client Facing Delivery & Sales

Responsible for a whole business process and working with other sub-processes, ensuring an integrated project team providing a complete integrated solution for our customers

Accountable for managing a significant and profitable revenue stream.

Supports industry lead in achieving a healthy project margin and ensuring projects are delivered successfully with an eye on P&L.

Facilitates and manages the creation of functional and/or technical designs, implementation strategies, and configuration workbooks for complex engagement(s), ensuring high-quality, innovative, and integrated software solutions with industry-wide impact within constraints of time and budget.

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.

Sets and oversees functional standards and best practices for practice and project teams, overseeing compliance throughout project execution.

Reviews scope, approach, timeline, effort estimates, staff plan, org chart, mobilization, and confirms projects can be delivered successfully.

Works with the solution team on estimates using approved estimation models, ensuring one source of truth and consistent estimates across deals.

Facilitates Enterprise Design, Prototypes, and testing or validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Effectively consults with management and stakeholders of client organizations, influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor.

Conducts QA reviews across projects and ensures that strategies are executed consistently and in compliance with best practices.
-
Resolves complex client functional issues by capitalizing on functional and industry experience, designing practical and elegant solutions.

Collaborates with organizations across the Oracle ecosystem to ensure up-to-date quality solutions.

Contributes as a business process resource for sales pursuits.
People Development
-
Delivers on-time performance appraisals, guides career development, and develops training and career plans for project team members and direct reports.

Acts as the workstream team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of project team members.

Coaches direct reports and project team members to create high complexity deliverables across all phases of the TCM+ project lifecycle.
-
Coaches direct reports and project team members to complete internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business.
-
Formally and informally mentors direct reports, Analysts, Consultants, and Managers, while driving client implementation success.
-
Oversees recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for area of responsibility.

May collaborate with Talent as a Talent Engagement Lead.

Shadows more experienced team members and utilizes educational opportunities to enhance coaching and mentoring of direct reports.

Delivers on-time performance self-appraisals and takes proactive accountability for own career development.

Continually grows and shares product, business process, and industry knowledge through training, certification, and quarterly updates.

Proactively learns additional business process areas to drive integrated solutions.

Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree preferred
-
At least 10 years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar SCM applications, including;
-
Supply Planning, SC Collaboration, SC Orchestration, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operational Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance (including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing, and deploying complex solutions)

Exceptional communication skills
-
Able to travel as needed; up to 60-70% of the time.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
