National Sales Head – Textile/Garments

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
  • Implementing sales promotion plans to generate sales for achievement of targets.
  • Coordinating promotional activities for new releases & special products.
  • Reviewing performance of Sales & Operations Team in territory for reporting to management.
  • Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team.
  • Reviewing and Executing Business Plan on a regular basis for achieving the balance targets.
  • Playing a key role in forming distribution strategies for the company.
  • Controlling and managing the Credit Limits for Distributors Network.
  • Handling Distributors, Dealers Network,
  • Prospecting new Distributors, Dealers Network.
  • Handling Project Network.
  • Good Relation with all project team in carpet tiles.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Should be Handle Entire Indian Market from East to West and North to South.
  • The ideal candidate should be having Good exposure in Garment & Textile industry.
  • Required 12-20 Years of experience in Sales area.
  • Should be good in communication skills.
