A national brokerage & consulting firm is hiring a Vice President to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team.

• $150K–$180K base salary + bonus potential

In This Role, You Will

• Manage Property & Casualty due diligence on Mergers & Acquisitions transactions (pre- and post-close)
• Review and create insurance risk reports
• Prepare detailed, client-facing reports on benefits risks and opportunities
• Spearhead and lead strategic projects
• Travel an estimated 30% for meetings and presentations

We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Property and Casualty experience
• Excellent report writing and client communication skills
• Current Property & Casualty License or able to obtain
• Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and ability to manage multiple projects
