Florida Vein Experts is excited to expand our footprint with new clinics opening in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Boca Raton. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Physician to lead our South Florida operations as Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with the added benefit of ownership potential, playing a key role in shaping the future of vascular care in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations, new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-op care.
  • Perform a variety of venous and vascular procedures.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team including a skilled ultrasonographer and medical assistant.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently—caring for 10–20 patients per day.
  • Lead clinic operations and drive high standards in patient care and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician with a valid Florida medical license. Specialty is flexible—vein/vascular experience is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for procedural medicine and a willingness to learn and grow in the venous disease specialty.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.
  • Alignment with our mission to improve lower extremity circulation and enhance patient quality of life.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $250,000 – $450,000 (excluding ownership earnings)

  • Florida Vein Experts is not just looking for a doctor as an employee or contractor. We are looking for a provider that is looking to be a business owner, get equity, and participate on the exit of the company. Is this something you are interested in?
  • This position involves hands-on procedural work.

You may be performing up to 20 vein procedures in a single day, and compensation is tied to procedural volume.
Do you have experience in high-volume, procedure-based clinical settings, and do you feel comfortable with that pace? Please briefly describe your procedural experience.

  • As Medical Director, you will have full responsibility over clinical decisions and patient care.

While our team will provide strong support in areas like marketing, administration, and operations—and you’ll have access to mentorship and training—you will ultimately lead all medical-related matters.
Are you comfortable and confident in taking on full medical leadership for your clinic?

  • Our growth plan includes launching three new clinics in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Boca Raton.

As the Medical Director, you will be expected to rotate between these locations as needed.
Are you willing and able to travel between our South Florida clinic locations?

Experience:

  • Venous or vascular procedures: 5 years (Required)
  • high-volume, procedure-based clinical settings: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Florida Medical License (Required)
