The Role
Athena is looking for a Marketing Director based in Cebu to lead our hub and serve as the right hand to our VP of Operations. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll quarterback strategies and work closely with partner teams to bring ideas to life, driving brand awareness and positioning Athena as the top employer for young professionals.

Working alongside teams like Creative, Organic Growth, PR, and others, you’ll ensure these campaigns make a real impact.
If you’re an innovative, hands-on marketing leader who excels at cross-functional collaboration and is passionate about shaping employer brand narratives and fostering community engagement, we’d love to have you on board.

- Collaborate with partner teams to create and distribute engaging content that supports employer brand awareness and talent attraction.
