JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of the client’s marketing function across all channels. This role leads to the development of brand, digital, retail, and customer engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. With a strong grasp of omnichannel marketing—from digital platforms to on ground retail—this leader will elevate the brand’s presence and performance across e-commerce, branded kiosks, and health and wellness retail environments. Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, health, or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the organization’s overarching marketing strategy, with a focus on brand building, market penetration, and sustained customer growth.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, direct-to-consumer, and retail.
- Analyze consumer trends, market insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and future growth opportunities.
Omnichannel Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Lead integrated marketing efforts across various platforms—digital, social, on-site retail, and third-party retail partners.
- Drive performance and visibility across e-commerce channels, physical brand spaces (e.g., kiosks), and emerging health and wellness retail partners.
- Align campaign messaging and customer journey experiences to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Leverage analytics to improve reach, conversion, and retention across both online and offline channels.
Operational Oversight
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team to ensure timely and high quality execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Set and monitor KPIs and marketing goals in alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
- Oversee budget planning, spend efficiency, and vendor relationships to maximize marketing ROI.
- Ensure marketing operations are scalable, data-informed, and aligned with overall business growth.
Reporting & Analytics
- Lead the development of regular marketing reports, dashboards, and insights covering campaign performance, e-commerce and retail metrics, customer engagement, and brand health.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams (or vendors) to maintain consistent, executive-ready reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, and E-Commerce teams to align marketing efforts with commercial and operational objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to connect marketing insights with sales trends, inventory movement, and customer behavior.
- Coordinate with Finance to report on marketing contribution to revenue, brand performance, and cost efficiency.
- Work with external creative and media agencies to execute campaigns that reflect brand identity and drive measurable outcomes.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, new product launches, and retail expansion plans with cohesive marketing rollouts.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support ongoing professional development of team members.
- Promote knowledge-sharing and alignment across marketing functions to drive team success.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or any related field; Master’s degree required.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record and experience in both digital marketing and retail/channel marketing, preferably in a fast-paced consumer products environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaigns across multiple sales and marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, market research, and analytics.
- Familiarity with consumer engagement in e-commerce, brand-owned retail spaces, and partner-driven retail channels.
- Industry experience in beauty, skincare, health, or cosmetics is highly preferred.

Pay: Php100,000.00 – Php150,000.00 per month
