About This Opportunity:
Ericsson Americas Networks is seeking an Inbuilding Delivery Manager to lead our Networks Construction and Engineering Inbuilding Team in driving the successful execution of inbuilding delivery and strategy. This role is critical to building and strengthening our Construction Management team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and leadership needed to excel.
As the Inbuilding Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and development of our Construction Managers. You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring project execution is efficient, scalable, and strategically aligned.
What you will do:
- Build & Develop a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, mentor, and coach Construction Managers nationwide, fostering a strong team culture and ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Drive Execution & Delivery: Oversee and direct inbuilding construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Ericsson’s quality and safety standards.
- Implement Strategy: Lead the execution of the Inbuilding strategy for Networks Region Operations, leveraging industry best practices, innovative solutions, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure Seamless Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with offshore teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations and remove roadblocks.
- Monitor Performance & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement KPIs, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to track progress, measure success, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Oversee Project Delivery: Supervise and support Construction Managers across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and proactive communication of potential delays.
- Foster Knowledge Sharing: Promote collaboration by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and key success factors across teams and functions.

The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in managing construction projects.
- Background in delivering services and customer support.
- Strong knowledge of customer needs and industry best practices.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
- Skilled in managing and delivering projects efficiently.
- Promotes knowledge sharing and fosters teamwork.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
