As the UK Senior HR Business Partner, you will sit on the UK Leadership Team and work closely with the CEO UK. Part of the Regional HRBP team, you will lead a team of 2 UK HRBPs who will report directly to you. You will collaborate with and draw on the support and expertise of the centre of excellence people teams. This role reports to the HR Director for EMEA and Europe West.

Key Areas Of Focus Will Be

  • Define and lead the people strategy for the UK Client Services business, aligned to business goals.
  • Coach business leaders (CEO UK and partners) to strategically manage their teams. This includes implementing proactive talent management initiatives.
  • Actively support change management in the UK, in particular in relation to embedding the new organisational structure.
  • Lead / oversee initiatives to drive rapid improvements to employee engagement and culture transformation.
  • Lead all cyclical HR processes including performance year end and reward review.
  • Use data insights to drive change and support decision making.
  • Proactively manage employee relations issues with a focus on early intervention and managing risks.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
  • Manage ad hoc HR projects.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience as an established Senior HR leader with proven ability to advise and influence at a senior level.
  • Strong people management skills – ability to advise and coach an HRBP team.
  • Agile approach and resilience are essential to thrive in a fast paced and demanding role.
  • Can manage high pace and volume of work, prioritising work accordingly.
  • Skilled at working with and coaching senior leaders.
  • Strong employee relations experience with in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, can manage complex cases in a legally compliant and efficient manner.
  • Proven ability to lead, drive change, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach to work, with the ability to navigate between strategic and operational HR activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience drafting people-related communications.
  • Professional services background is a plus.
