Based in Prague, Czech Republic Head Supply Chain and Customer Service provide a stable and efficient supply chain that for CZ & SK is both responsive to customer needs and is cost effective. Assure product flow on the market from supplier to customer in terms of required quality, required quantity at specified time. Keep the costs within the agreed financial budget.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Keep the product availability in the market above TGT-Level
- Secure that all SCM and pre-wholesale-activities are according to the GMP- and GDP-Guidelines
- Alignment of SCM Process according to global Sandoz standards
- Strengthen supplier relationship in view of costs and customer focus
- Secure SC KPIs ( Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Write offs, CSL, W&D Budget)
- Assure high service level of the Customer Service Department
- Manage S&BP Process CZ & SK
- Lead SC& CS and develop associates ( talent pipeline)
- Change Management in view of economic values and regulatory
- Inventory Management (minimizing costs / mitigating costs)
- Assure Launch on Time

- PFR (Product Availability)
- FA/Bias(Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias)
- CS Complaint Report
- Costs (WH&D, SCM, write-off, etc.)
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in Supply Chain (at least 3-4 years)
- Team leadership and development skills
- Supplier relationship management experience
- Communicative English language
- Czech or Slovak language is an advantage
