Your Impact
We’re looking for a visionary Head of UI/UX to lead our design strategy and team. In this role, you’ll define the user experience for ASI’s products-transforming complex systems into intuitive, compelling interfaces. You’ll collaborate across teams, evolve our design systems, and shape how customers interact with the future of autonomy.
What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a growing team of UI/UX designers.

Own the design strategy across all ASI products.

Create scalable design systems and drive product consistency.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align user needs with business goals.

Champion user research, testing, and data-informed design.
What You Bring
-
10+ years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile.

Leadership experience guiding design teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS-Angular preferred).

Experience designing complex systems or real-time interfaces is a plus.
