We are seeking a Head of Sales, Consumer Skincare to join our team based in North Sydney, leading the sales strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute national sales strategies aligned with brand goals and business unit targets
- Manage a cross-functional sales team, including National Business Managers, Account Managers, and Territory Managers
- Drive customer engagement through Joint Business Planning and category-led selling strategies
- Oversee forecasting, trade investment, and promotional planning to deliver revenue growth
- Partner with marketing, supply, and digital teams to drive integrated customer and brand initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in Sales or Category within OTC/FMCG, with strong exposure to ANZ markets
- Proven success in managing key customer relationships and delivering consistent sales growth
- Strong commercial acumen with a good grasp of business finance fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in digital or virtual engagement and familiarity with tools like IRI, Aztec, or IQVIA
