The selected candidate would work closely with the COO and CEO in:

• Overseeing Go-To-Market, Product development & innovation, strategic expansion, operational management, Diversifying beyond legacy & cash trust services (trustee)
• Controlling operational PNL including budgeting, cost optimization, technological investment & financial forecasting
• Executing operational strategies in ensuing smooth execution of services to end market
• Implementing risk management strategies and controls to minimize exposure
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory & legal requirements and internal policies.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in the Institutional (NBFI) or Corporate Trust sector.
• Familiarity with Fintech products or Web3/ Crypto/ Blockchain platforms
• Thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in managing bank accounts, transactions, and regulatory reporting.
