Requirements

You’ll lead the marketing function end-to-end — from performance to brand — owning strategy, execution, and team development. This role offers the chance to shape a mission-driven brand with momentum, managing a 7-figure budget and scaling across key markets.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve the brand’s marketing strategy to support business growth
• Lead performance channels (paid social, SEO/SEM, email) and e-commerce funnels
• Build a cohesive, resonant brand across all customer touchpoints
• Oversee campaign planning, product launches, and partnerships
• Manage and grow a talented marketing team and external collaborators

What you bring

• 8+ years in marketing, with strong experience in performance and brand
• Track record leading teams and scaling consumer brands (beauty/lifestyle a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts
• Passion for sustainability and purpose-led storytelling
