As part of this ambitious journey, we’re in search of our Head of Growth to continue expand our service in the Nordics!

As the Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, managing a team of performance marketers and data analysts. Your role will involve driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, growth hacking, and find new growth opportunities driven by data and insights

Your daily work includes:

  • Leading and mentoring the growth team, including performance marketers and data analysts.
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth and reduce churn, with a focus on finding and retaining the right customers.
  • Running and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Conducting pricing analysis and implementing strategies to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Identifying and leveraging digital marketing opportunities, partnerships, and innovative approaches to grow our customer base.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and execution.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A strong background in growth marketing, with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention in a data-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, growth hacking, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for sustainability and Greenely’s mission.

We’ll be really impressed if you:

  • Have experience with churn management, pricing strategy, or subscription-based models.
  • Are skilled in using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Have a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative growth strategies.
