What You Will Be Doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Operational Systems: Design and implement intelligent frameworks that optimize efficiency while preserving our exceptional educational outcomes at scale.
  • Delivering Executive-Level Strategic Intelligence: Develop AI-driven analytics systems that provide real-time insights to the founder, identifying growth opportunities and operational risks before they materialize.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Integration: Orchestrate operational portfolios ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions across all business functions.
  • Executing Technical AI Implementation: Apply hands-on technical expertise to connect systems, run API calls, and automate complex processes—with direct implementation responsibility.
  • Establishing Quality Control Frameworks: Create AI-enabled monitoring systems that maintain consistent delivery of our academic model across expanding locations.

  • Managing Traditional Facility Operations: This role focuses on strategic operational systems and AI automation, not conventional facility management or maintenance.
  • Overseeing Educational Content or Staff: Your domain is operational excellence and scaling systems, not curriculum development or educator supervision.
  • Proposing AI Concepts Without Implementation: We require technical execution of AI solutions—theoretical knowledge without practical application is insufficient.
  • Maintaining Established Systems: This position demands continuous innovation and transformation, not preservation of existing processes.

Head Of Facilities Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered operational frameworks and automated systems that enable scalable growth and consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning’s academic model while providing actionable, data-driven strategic insights to the founder.

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (education or high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
  • Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical implementation of AI tools; must pass a rigorous assessment involving business process automation using AI.
  • Proven experience converting operational processes into AI-driven systems with technical implementation capabilities (coding, API integrations, automation).
  • Established record managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into actionable executive-level insights.
  • Based in the United States with willingness to travel 30% of the time to campus locations.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
