Head of Digital Product

Job Description:

  • Digital Product Strategy and Roadmap Management: Having a global eyesight on the latest digital trend and technologies, equipped with a consumer-oriented mindset to develop a precise digital product strategy and product roadmap through product lifecycle and create a disrupting end-to-end insurance and portal experiences to facilitate user experiences and elevate industry standard.
  • Data Analytics: Experienced in A/B testing best practices and tools and familiar with funnel optimization with well understanding of relevant tracking tools to develop proper monitoring to drive actionable insights for continuous enhancement in user experiences
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiar with scrum process and be able to champion agile practices within the team and drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Team Management: Exhibits strong team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while effectively guiding and supporting team members to achieve their full potential. Experience in distributed teams is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Be empathetic to understand users’ needs and work closely with stakeholders across different teams from Go to Market (GTM), data, design, and engineering and operations to ensure product alignment and success.
  • Thought leadership: Demonstrates thought leadership by proactively contributing innovative ideas and insights, influencing industry trends, and driving strategic initiatives that position the organization as a leader in its field.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of working experiences, with 5+ years in team lead role, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven experience in exceptional stakeholder management across multiple departments.
  • Detail-oriented and a great timeline manager.
  • Experience in driving digital development or transformation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching digital products from concept to market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of the following tools or some equivalent: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Notion, Figma, Posthog, Superset. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks with Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.
  • Language(s): English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly suggested
