Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role. The role is responsible for strengthening cross border collaboration between Hong Kong and other key markets (e.g. Greater Bay Area (GBA)) while improving the overall client journey throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corridor strategy to enhance cross border connectivity between Hong Kong and Key markets (e.g. Greater Bay Area)
  • Identify business opportunities within Greater China corridor and create strategies to create strategies to capture growth potential
  • Serve as a key liaison between different markets to drive synergies and best practice, especially on Global Chinese propositions
  • Work with internal teams to improve service delivery, digital engagement, client journeys and customer satisfaction
  • Implement initiatives to enhance client relationship touchpoints and strengthen long – term engagement

Processes

  • Lead initiatives to enhance client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty by improving service models and digital touchpoints
  • Identify and address operational bottleneck that impact client experience across the corridor
  • Ensure effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations.
  • Ensure execution of business strategy in a safe and well controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis, incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • At least +10 years of working experience with past track record in operating in a Retail Banking environment is preferred
  • Past experience in dealing with Hong Kong/China based regulators is preferred
