Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of 10 Client Strategy & Management Officers;
- Define the work axes and priorities, guaranteeing the respect of deadlines and the quality of deliverables (analyses, business action plans, business strategies, etc.);
- Work closely with the different CIB businesses and other CCO teams, and provide them with quality services;
- Be the preferred contact for business leaders on commercial management issues;
- Monitor CIB’s business performance and contribute to the Strategic Plan initiatives related to customers;
- Provide, through market intelligence studies, insights on our positioning in relation to the market, the identification of customer opportunities and the detection of new customers;
- Promote cross-selling between business lines;
- Analyse the commercial performance of CIB customers in order to optimise our scarce resources.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in direct contact with the origination/sales teams or with customers.
You are proficient:
- Project management;
- Common office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ideally, Salesforce and Business Object.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Pragmatic and rigorous, you are able to identify problems and propose solutions;
- Organized with a good sense of communication and analysis;
- Responsive and able to work in a dynamic environment with high stakes.
You master English with a C1 level.
