About the Role:
As our Head of Agency Revenue, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our agency partners, leveraging trading parameters and innovative solutions to lead the market. You’ll focus on key partnerships ensuring Stuff’s Brand Connections remains at the forefront of omnichannel media strategies.

You’ll guide and coach a talented team to develop a deep understanding of agency and client objectives, empowering them to deliver measurable results. By building strong relationships across the market, you’ll position Stuff as a trusted partner while driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions across print, digital, and Harakeke (Integration) services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically grow agency revenue and market share across multiple regions.

  • Build and maintain strong connections with agency partners and key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing, product, and promotional strategies aligned with market needs.

  • Equip your team with tools and strategies to achieve and exceed their revenue targets.

  • Lead integrated sales strategies across platforms, dismantling silos and embracing collaborative approaches.

  • Develop and manage high-performing sales teams, ensuring professional development, clear expectations, and ongoing success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A decade of senior media commercial sales leadership experience.

  • Expertise in integration and omnichannel sales strategies, with proven results in trading and negotiation.

  • At least five years’ experience in media strategy, data, and insights.

  • A strong track record of achieving revenue targets and market share growth.

  • Collaborative leadership skills that empower teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
