Job Description:

Our digital Marketing Business requires an Experienced, Innovative, Resourceful Candidate to gear-up the Profitability through strategies and cost effective plans harnessing and maximizing the potentials of the Social Media and Digital Channels.

Ideal candidate need to a have flair for running Digital Business and own the P & L of the unit, taking right decisions and connecting all the points involving Customers, Vendors, Service Providers, Stake Holders and Auditors.

Key responsibilities include

1) Increase consistently the present client base with a prime focus on Top-line and Bottom-line Revenues

2) Lead a team of Digital Marketing Executives and Ensure the teams are always on track of delivering the agreed results

3) Oversee and manage the entire efforts of the Team to achieving the agreed business goals

4) Ensure all decisions are focused on ROI and are data driven

5) Keep continuously updating about the trends in Digital Business and Client requirements

6) Focus on budgets and spending on social media platforms

7) Focus on the perfection and quality of delivery agreed with the Clients

Requirements

Qualification : Bachelor or Master’s degree

Experience : Proven track record of performance with a minimum experience of 5 years

Skills : Expertise in Social Media Platforms, Content Creation, Analysis

Certifications : Google Analytics, Facebook, digital marketing certifications

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary at par with market standards plus incentive upon reaching agreed business goals.

A separate allocation towards self-development for update understanding of trends and new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
