Job Description
- Develop and implement collections strategies for secured assets
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Lead, train, and manage the collections team
- Liaise with legal teams for recovery and litigation processes
- Use analytics for decision-making and reporting
The Successful Applicant
Proven Leadership Experience
- 10-15+ years in collections, with a strong focus on secured lending (e.g., home loans, auto finance, loan against property).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive performance across geographies.
