Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and design exciting new menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends, ensuring a unique dining experience for our guests.
- Master the art of food costing, maintaining high standards while ensuring profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Creativity in menu development and a keen eye for food presentation.
- Solid understanding of food costing and inventory management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
